God is a Healer, provides Life, Strength, Comfort, Peace, Wisdom, Joy even in your situation...
One thing that helps is to keep the desire to Live, along with Faith and Hope. You have to believe that you can/will be okay/well in order to be/get well. Don't give in/up people have made it in stage 4. Go to Church, and at the least Pray!
